Steps

  • Toss the haddock pieces with the juice of one lime on a plate.
  • Blend the remaining spice paste ingredients in a food processor.
  • Spread the resulting paste over the haddock chunks.
  • Fry the haddock in vegetable oil for 3 minutes until golden.
  • Heat a wok and fry mustard seeds in oil until they pop.
  • Stir-fry broccoli, 60ml water, and garlic for 4 minutes until tender.
  • Add chili oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the fish alongside the stir-fried broccoli.
