Steps

  • Boil the spaghetti in salted water, adding courgette strips for the final 5 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add prawns, cleaned clams, and sliced squid.
  • Cook the seafood for one minute before adding garlic, parsley, chilli, and tomatoes.
  • Transfer the al dente pasta and courgettes to the frying pan with one ladle of pasta water.
  • Toss for 2 minutes to emulsify, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
