Steps

  • Heat a griddle pan until very hot.
  • Sear the tuna for 30 seconds on each side and remove from the pan.
  • Cut the tuna into 5mm thick slices and arrange on a serving plate.
  • Mix yuzu juice, soy sauce, and olive oil together then pour over the tuna.
  • Combine the radishes, mooli, cucumber, mint, and coriander in a bowl.
  • Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, and olive oil together and drizzle over the salad.
  • Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad and mix well.
  • Spoon the salad alongside the tuna and serve immediately.
