Steps

  • Boil the linguine for 8-10 minutes until al dente then drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry most of the parsley, garlic, chili, and ginger until soft.
  • Add the passata to the pan and cook for several minutes.
  • Stir in the tuna and salt.
  • Toss the pasta with the sauce and serve with remaining parsley and pepper.
