Steps

  • Mix all burger ingredients except vegetable oil in a bowl.
  • Press the mixture into a 5cm ring on a plate and chill in the fridge.
  • Mix mango, lime juice, herbs, and chilli in a bowl.
  • Whisk soy sauce and olive oil together and stir into the mango mixture.
  • Remove the burger from the fridge and detach the ring.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the burger for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Serve the burger with rice, chopped cashews, and the salsa.
