Steps

  • Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Fry the chorizo, onion, and garlic for 4 minutes until golden.
  • Add the beans, tomatoes, 100ml water, tomato purée, and vinegar to the pan.
  • Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 12 minutes.
  • Stir in the fresh herbs.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry puff pastry triangles for 5 minutes until crisp and golden.
