Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and soften the onion for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic, herbs, tinned tomatoes, and 500ml of stock.
  • Simmer the sauce gently while preparing the meatballs.
  • Combine the beef mince, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper and roll into 20 balls.
  • Fry the meatballs in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  • Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to packet instructions.
  • Drain the spaghetti and mix it into the saucepan with the sauce.
