Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Heat the oil in an ovenproof dish for five minutes until very hot.
  • Add potato pieces to the hot oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 30 minutes until crisp and golden.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and sesame seeds.
  • Whisk plum sauce, vinegar, chili, lime juice, and coriander in a bowl.
  • Toss mint, lettuce, and chard with the dressing in a large bowl.
  • Add the roasted potatoes to the greens and mix well.
  • Divide the salad among four plates and top with smoked duck slices.
