Steps

  • Crush the oatcakes in a bag with a rolling pin.
  • Mix crumbs with pumpkin seeds and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of four small glasses.
  • Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, lemon juice, tomatoes, paprika, and ham.
  • Layer the cheese mixture over the bases and smooth the tops.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
