Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Heat butter in an ovenproof frying pan and fry pear wedges with 30g sugar until golden.
  • Roast pears in the oven for 8 minutes until tender and caramelised.
  • Simmer satsuma juice, segments, cranberries, orange juice, 55g sugar, and chilli flakes in a pan for five minutes.
  • Arrange roasted pears on a plate and top with the cranberry jam.
