Steps

  • Place the shredded lettuce into the bottom of two stemmed glasses.
  • Mash the avocado with lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
  • Spoon the avocado mixture over the lettuce.
  • Add the cubed cucumber and prawns to the glasses.
  • Drizzle mayonnaise over the top of the prawns.
  • Dust with paprika and garnish with a lemon slice to serve.
