Steps

  • Simmer onion, tomato sauce, garlic, puree, oil, sugar, vinegar, 50ml water, peppers, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for four minutes.
  • Blend the mixture in a food processor until smooth.
  • Return the sauce to the pan and simmer for four minutes until reduced.
  • Stir in 110g prawns and basil leaves.
  • Add 110g cooked spaghetti and stir to combine before serving.
