Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20cm x 10cm baking tray.
  • Process the butter and sugar in a food processor until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the egg, flour, chopped walnuts, and orange zest until combined.
  • Spread the batter thinly onto the tray and bake for ten minutes.
  • Cool the galette on a wire rack and cut into four pieces.
  • Melt the sugar in a pan and cook the orange slices for ten minutes until caramelised.
  • Serve the galettes topped with candied oranges, syrup, and yoghurt.
