Steps

  • Boil 4 eggs for 5 minutes, then drain, cool under running water, and peel.
  • Beat the remaining egg in a bowl and set aside.
  • Mix minced beef, garlic, ginger, spices, cornflour, and egg yolk in a bowl.
  • Divide the beef mixture into 4 portions and flatten them into thin patties.
  • Wrap each patty around a boiled egg, ensuring the surface is fully covered.
  • Roll the kebab in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with sesame seeds.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
