Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion for 3 minutes until softened.
  • Add the garlic and curry powder and fry for one minute.
  • Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Add broccoli florets, white wine, and boiling water then simmer for 4 minutes until tender.
  • Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
  • Boil 100g of linguine according to package instructions and drain.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir to coat.
  • Serve the linguine in a bowl.
