Steps

  • Place chillies in a roasting tray and roast at 220°C for 10-15 minutes.
  • Ensure the chillies are blackened on the outside and soft.
  • Peel the black skin from the chillies and pass the flesh through a fine sieve.
  • Fold the chilli pulp together with the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and cumin.
