Steps

  • Mix egg yolks, cream, vanilla seeds, sugar, and lemon zest in a large bowl.
  • Dip the brioche rounds into the egg mixture until soaked.
  • Heat butter in a pan until foaming and fry brioche for 3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Melt more butter and sugar in a pan until they turn golden brown.
  • Add apple slices, cinnamon, and sultanas to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.
