Steps

  • Blend all curry paste ingredients together in a mini food processor.
  • Heat oil in a wok over high heat and cook turkey mince for 5 minutes until golden.
  • Stir in 15ml of curry paste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix salad ingredients in a bowl and arrange on plates.
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Combine dressing with crispy turkey and serve over the salad.
