Steps

  • Whisk egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla seeds in a bowl until pale and light.
  • Add the mascarpone and whisk until well combined.
  • Combine the coffee and Marsala wine in a separate clean bowl.
  • Dip four sponge fingers into the coffee mixture and place them in the bottom of a glass.
  • Spoon a layer of black cherries over the sponge fingers.
  • Add a layer of mascarpone mixture to cover the cherries.
  • Repeat the cherry and mascarpone layers to fill the glass.
  • Repeat the assembly process for the remaining five desserts.
  • Smooth the tops and dust each tiramisu with cocoa powder to serve.
