Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Blend almonds, butter, flour, sugar, and eggs in a food processor until smooth.
  • Grease six muffin tin wells with butter and distribute the batter evenly.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until light golden-brown.
  • Place a slice of apricot on each muffin and bake for 5 more minutes.
  • Cool the friands in the tin for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Heat orange juice and honey in a pan until well combined.
  • Remove friands from the tin and spoon the warm drizzle over them.
