Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season pork strips with salt and pepper and fry for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Add sesame seeds and chopped red onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in honey and cook for 1 minute until pork is cooked through.
  • Mix olive oil, cider, sesame seeds, balsamic vinegar, and chilli powder in a bowl.
  • Combine cheddar, sliced onion, orange segments, and herbs in a separate bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to coat.
  • Plate the salad and top with the crispy pork.
  • Serve with lime wedges and toasted ciabatta slices.
