Steps

  • Grease a 17cm x 11cm glass dish with coconut oil and line with baking parchment.
  • Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Whisk in the cocoa powder until the mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, orange extract, salt, and most of the goji berries.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and top with remaining goji berries and orange zest.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until the fudge is set.
  • Slice the set fudge into 24 pieces with a sharp knife and serve.
