Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy bottomed saucepan until a breadcrumb sizzles.
  • Cut a pocket into the side of the turkey breast and stuff it with Stilton cheese.
  • Coat the turkey in flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the turkey in the hot oil for 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Drain the turkey on kitchen towels.
  • Cook the onion, sugar, vinegar, and wine in a frying pan for five minutes until caramelized.
  • Serve the turkey kiev topped with the balsamic onions.
