Method

Mix the hot pasta, 15ml olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and rocket in a serving bowl.

Heat the remaining oil in a pan over a high heat.

Season the tuna with salt and pepper on both sides.

Fry the tuna for two minutes on each side until cooked to your preference.

Place the cooked tuna on top of the pasta mixture.

Garnish with chopped tomato to serve.
