Steps

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and fry until the onion edges turn brown.
  • Stir in the curry powder for a few seconds.
  • Add the tuna and stir gently to break up large lumps.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the chilli, ginger, and coriander.
  • Season with salt and a generous amount of black pepper.
  • Mix well and serve with chapati or roti.
