Steps

  • Heat 15 ml of olive oil in a saucepan.
  • Sauté chopped onion and garlic for 3 minutes until soft.
  • Add 85 g of fresh tuna and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in chopped tomato and simmer until softened.
  • Add soy sauce, a splash of water, and parsley.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the cooked pasta and mix until well coated.
  • Spoon into a bowl and serve immediately.
