Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Melt butter in an ovenproof frying pan over medium heat.
Add sugar, lime juice, and chopped nuts and cook for 3 minutes until thickened.
Stir in the chopped banana to coat thoroughly in the mixture.
Bake the banana mixture in the oven for 5 minutes.
Mix the Greek yoghurt and scraped vanilla seeds in a small bowl.
Heat a frying pan and combine honey, vanilla pod, seeds, and orange juice.
Simmer the orange mixture until it reaches a thick, syrupy consistency.
Serve bananas on a plate drizzled with glaze and the yoghurt on the side.
