Steps

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook steak to your preference.
  • Remove steak to rest and soften shallots in the same pan for two minutes.
  • Add mangetout and stir fry for one minute.
  • Add soy sauce, olive oil, and 55g cooked tagliatelle to heat through.
  • Stir in fresh herbs and transfer to a warm plate.
  • Melt sugar with a splash of water in a pan over gentle heat.
