Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the ginger, garlic, and chopped chilli.
  • Add lime zest, lime juice, soy sauce, and maple syrup to the pan.
  • Cook the sauce for 1 minute until reduced and sticky.
  • Grill the salmon in a hot griddle pan for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the salmon into the frying pan with the reduced teriyaki sauce.
  • Boil and drain the noodles, then toss with sesame oil, seasoning, coriander, and lime.
  • Serve the salmon on the bed of noodles and garnish with extra coriander.
