Steps

  • Mix all fritter ingredients except the olive oil in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry spoonfuls of batter for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  • Drain the cooked fritters on kitchen paper.
  • Mix all salsa ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Serve fritters arranged around the bowl of salsa.
