Steps

  • Soak two wooden skewers in water for at least ten minutes.
  • Thread mango cubes, pork strips, and chilli onto the soaked skewers.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a griddle pan and cook skewers for 4 minutes until golden.
  • Drizzle honey and soy sauce over skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the cooked rice and beaten egg.
  • Stir coriander and soy sauce into the rice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the skewers on top of the egg fried rice.
