Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Fry the onion, garlic, and chillies in olive oil for 4 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in the crème fraîche, kidney beans, kippers, paprika, fish, prawns, and parsley.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Fold the crushed crisps into the mashed potato and spread over the filling.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
