Steps

  • Place the gram flour in a shallow bowl and slice the okra lengthwise into quarters.
  • Toss the okra pieces in the gram flour until coated.
  • Heat 2.5 cm of oil in a large saucepan until hot.
  • Fry the okra until crisp and golden-brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain the okra on kitchen roll using a slotted spoon.
  • Season with chaat masala, salt, chilli, and mango powder, then toss well and serve hot.
