Steps

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook 400g of spaghetti until al dente.
  • De-seed and chop the chillies and finely chop the garlic.
  • Heat 75ml of olive oil in a frying pan and gently sauté the garlic and chillies.
  • Drain the spaghetti and toss it in the pan to coat with the infused oil.
  • Add the parsley, season with salt, and serve immediately.
