Steps

  • Grind the masala ingredients together until they form a fine paste.
  • Pound or blend the ginger and garlic to create a smooth paste.
  • Fry the onion and chilli in oil until soft, then stir in both pastes for 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken and spices, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in 125ml of water and simmer gently until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve over rice.
