Method

Mix all dressing ingredients together in a bowl.

Whisk cornflour and 50ml sparkling water until smooth.

Heat 500ml vegetable oil in a saucepan until a breadcrumb sizzles.

Dip chicken slices into the batter and shake off excess.

Fry chicken for 3 minutes until golden and drain on kitchen paper.

Serve chicken on a plate with the dressing in a separate bowl.
