Steps

  • Mix all dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Whisk cornflour and 50ml sparkling water until smooth.
  • Heat 500ml vegetable oil in a saucepan until a breadcrumb sizzles.
  • Dip chicken slices into the batter and shake off excess.
  • Fry chicken for 3 minutes until golden and drain on kitchen paper.
