Steps

  • Heat oil in a wok and stir fry peanuts until golden.
  • Blend fried peanuts in a food processor until smooth.

  • Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Incorporate peanut paste and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in lemon juice and salt to taste.
