Steps

  • Preheat the grill to a medium setting.
  • Cook 50ml of red wine in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in 100ml of boiling water, 425g of marmalade, and chopped chives then season.
  • Place ciabatta slices on a tray, drizzle with oil, and grill until golden.
  • Flip the bread, top with 50g of Camembert, and grill until it melts.
  • Pour the soup into a bowl and serve topped with the grilled toast.
