Steps

  • Mix vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, spices, and 75ml water in a pan.
  • Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes then leave to cool.
  • Strain the liquid into a bowl through a fine sieve.
  • Add radishes and shallots and infuse for two hours.
  • Strain the mixture again and place the vegetables in a bowl.
  • Add parsley and salt to taste before storage.
