Boil a large pan of salted water and cook the pasta for 12 minutes.
Slice the spring onions, grate the garlic, halve the tomatoes, and slice the broccoli.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté spring onions for 1 minute.
Add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for another minute.
Add tomatoes and fry until they break down, then add broccoli and fry for 2 minutes.
Add a ladle of pasta water, stir, cover, and cook for 4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Drain the pasta and combine it with the broccoli mixture in the pan.
Season with salt and pepper, stir through the cream cheese, and serve.
