Steps

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until soft.
  • Add the wine and reduce the liquid for two minutes.
  • Add the potato, ground almonds, and 400ml of stock then cook for five minutes.
  • Add the prawns to cook for three minutes and stir in the spinach.
  • Serve the soup immediately.
