Steps

  • Grate the peeled apples into a pan and add 500ml of water.
  • Boil for 15 minutes until the water evaporates and apples soften.
  • Add chopped plums and orange juice to the pan.
  • Boil for 15 minutes, stirring often until fruit softens and liquid reduces.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice, then boil until reaching 104°C.
  • Stir in the orange zest and edible glitter then remove from heat.
  • Spoon the hot jam into clean, warm jars and seal immediately.
