Steps

  • Boil peas in salted water for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Drain peas and rinse under cold running water.
  • Roughly crush half the peas and puree the other half using a blender.
  • Combine crushed and pureed peas in a bowl.
  • Stir in tahini, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
  • Fold in chopped coriander and spring onions.
  • Serve with vegetable crisps or tortilla chips.
