Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the chopped orange, eggs, and icing sugar in a bowl until combined.
  • Stir the cooked noodles into the egg mixture.
  • Melt the butter in a small ovenproof frying pan and add the noodle mixture.
  • Fry for 4 to 5 minutes until the bottom is golden-brown.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes until set.
  • Slide the cake onto a plate and garnish with orange slices, icing sugar, and mint.
