Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Fry the caraway seeds in foaming butter for 2 minutes.
  • Whisk in flour for 4 minutes, then add 125ml of milk to form a paste.
  • Add another 125ml of milk and whisk until bubbling.
  • Whisk in the remaining 250ml of milk, simmer until thick, then stir in cream cheese and seasoning.
  • Combine the cheese sauce with onion, tuna, and cooked pasta.
  • Transfer to a dish, top with breadcrumbs and anchovies, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
