Steps

  • Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, and honey in a large bowl.
  • Combine cucumber, red pepper, and cooked noodles into the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry peanuts for 4 minutes.
  • Drain the frying oil and fry the peanuts for 3 more minutes.
  • Stir in salt and chilli flakes until the nuts are well coated.
