Method

Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, and honey in a large bowl.

Combine cucumber, red pepper, and cooked noodles into the bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry peanuts for 4 minutes.

Drain the frying oil and fry the peanuts for 3 more minutes.

Stir in salt and chilli flakes until the nuts are well coated.
