Steps

  • Preheat a baking sheet in the oven at 200°C.
  • Pulse flour and butter in a food processor until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Add sugar and pulse again, then gradually add milk until a dough forms.
  • Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and cut into four 5cm rounds.
  • Bake scones on the preheated sheet for 6-8 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Allow scones to cool slightly before topping each with three marshmallows.
  • Color the marshmallows using a mini-blowtorch and top with whipped cream.
  • Dust the scones with cocoa powder and serve.
