Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and line a 450g loaf tin.
  • Beat yoghurt, oil, zests, and eggs in a bowl until fluffy.
  • Sift in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Spoon mixture into the tin and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Check if clean with a skewer and cool slightly in the tin.
  • Warm marmalade and juice until melted.
  • Pour glaze over the cake and cool completely.
  • Serve slices with additional Greek-style yoghurt.
