Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Lay the pancetta flat on a baking tray and bake for four minutes until crispy.

Drain the crispy pancetta on kitchen paper.

Stir-fry the choi sum in sesame oil in a hot wok for two minutes.

Add the soy sauce to the wok and remove from the heat.
