Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a small lidded ovenproof dish with olive oil.
  • Spread a little chopped tomato over the bottom of the dish.
  • Layer half of the lasagne sheet and cover it with more chopped tomato.
  • Sprinkle half of the torn basil leaves and half of the torn ham on top.
  • Layer half of the mozzarella and half of the ricotta, then season with pepper.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake covered for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes until golden-brown.
